A Proud Tradition

It's 1974, and Mr Tim Phedon has put his faith into his belief that Rugby deserves a real treat.
Freshly caught fish delivered to his premises from the coast within 24 hours. Speciality chips made from the finest potatoes. Cooked to perfection so there is little grease, a crispy exterior and fluffy inside.
In later years he was to be the first to give kebabs to the town, having researched deeply the very spices and herbs that goes into producing them. A recipe that has stood the test of time for over 40 years.
